The library invites families to learn through play and meet new people in an educational setting. Educators, health and human service agency guests will answer questions and curiosity about your child’s early learning and development.
Having trouble with technology? Learn the basics of desktops, laptops, tablets, and phones. Patrons can bring their own devices, or use our public computers. By appointment only -- register at Oroville Branch or call 530.552.5652.
